Going to the resources tab from this page will take you to two resources. The first the extensive bibliography that provided insights to author Birgitt Williams as she developed The Genuine Contact Way and the Genuine Contact™ program. Rather than putting such an extensive bibliography in the book, Birgitt chose to post the bibliography for the book on the website for readers of the book to access. The second resource is an excel spreadsheet of quotations that provided insights to author Birgitt Williams. Team member Laura Bolton mapped the quotations out in relation to the seven aspects of The Medicine Wheel Tool©.
