Mid way in our Leading and Acting from a New Level of Consciousness workshop, the activity is to explore a multi-dimensional reality. Prior to the workshop, participants were asked to think of a figure in history that they admired, to research about that figure sufficiently to know a little about his/her personality and way of thinking, and if desired, to bring a costume of some sort befitting the person to the workshop. The activity at the workshop was to don the personality of the persona along with name tag and possibly costume, and to carry out a task of several hours from the perspective of that persona. The task was to operate together as a wisdom council who would advise leaders of 2012 why it was beneficial to support a shift in consciousness.
Four hours were spent in the roles. Some people got entirely into the dimension of the persona that they had chosen, others were simultaneously engaged in the person that they are in this dimension and the persona from the dimension of the past…both just as real, both experienced as a conscious energy unto itself. Chosen characters included John Lennon, Wade Davis, Gallileo, Nelson Mandela, Buddha, Hildegaard of Bingen, Jane Goodall, Lisa Fitz, Jean Begser, Karin Soder, the Dalai Lama, Paul Simon, Ann Politkowskaja, and more!
It was interesting to hear what the experiences were like. Overall, participants said that their discussions as a wisdom council accessing the historical personas was a much more respectful one that a similar discussion yesterday when they were simply in the dimensional thinking from the person that they are now. The advice of the wisdom council made up of these figures in history was deep, simple, and unanimous in urging the leaders of today…of companies, countries, cities, organizations of all kinds…to lead their organizations to shift their consciousness to patterns that are more life nurturing for humanity and the planet. There were many reasons given as to why this shift was not only important but imperative so that humanity could thrive for generations to come.
The photos tell the story of what transpired. When the multi-dimensional activity was complete, and the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the value of this type of exercise, they realized that they could do this at any time that they were experiencing a challenge to overcome…to view the challenge from the perspective of a figure in history that they admired….and then to make recommendations from that perspective, from that dimension of consciousness. We encourage you to try this, and find out if you come up with great solutions to challenges by entering this multi-dimensional gateway to expanded wisdom.
