Book Review: Beyond Human

Within the book are 22 different exercises to do. I took the time to participate with the exercises, to experience and savor them. I identified which ones resonated with me and my current quest, and which ones I did not feel attracted to at this time. The first of these exercises is about making personal meta rules for life, and it is the foundational exercise upon which the rest build. For me, it was the most profound. Continue reading
