The Greatest Conflict? Conflict with Self
I think that the greatest amount of conflict is a person’s conflict within his or her own self. In some people, this shows up as the inner voice gets into judgment with self criticism. In other people, it shows up as worry. And in other people it can show up as feelings of inadequacy and more. I was recently coaching a young leader who had taken some kind of a self awareness test that provided her with the information that she is a conflict avoider.
