When you follow the link for registration, you will see that this five day workshop is part of a six day Genuine Contact Summer Academy that includes a one day mentoring circle, a peer-to-peer learning opportunity to work with expanding consciousness in leadership development and implementation considerations.
As well as expanding your own consciousness and competencies, you have the opportunity to join us as a lifelong learning community of professionals (leaders, managers, coaches, and consultants). This lifelong learning community participates in discussions in our Genuine Contact Virtual Home, offering an online venue for an ongoing international peer-to-peer mentoring circle. I think that this venue, as a follow up to our Leading and Acting from a New Level of Consciousness workshop, is a big asset to all participants in the workshop. Learning can take place in doing pre-reading before the workshop, participating in the workshop, and deepening the learning and implementation after the workshop.

I am also happy to be one of the European organizers of this event and it has been a rich learning journey so far and I know it will get more intense as we get closer to the actual Summer Academy. One thing that has struck me over the past year as we have been busy with our own organization is to hear realize how important shifts in consciousness are in creating conditions for change and renewal. I think it is vital in these times to learn to work with consciousness as a way to help organizations and people tap into their potential and I’m very excited to experience the learning we will have together in Belgium this summer. It would be wonderful to meet you there and to continue our learning together.

The more I try to be aware to work and lead with consciousness – my company, my life, my family- I am really looking forward to this coming workshop in Belgium: How will I improve by leading and acting with consciousness?
